How to use

Applied like a regular tapered tip eyeliner to the eyelid, this eyeliner can be used any time you wear makeup and is to be removed with regular makeup.

Shake the pen before application

Apply as close as possible to the root of the lashes from the inner corner to the outer corner of the eye

Ingredients

Unique Formula: 

  • TALIKA Mythical Plant Complex (witch-hazel, apple, nettle, horse chestnut, St. John's wort): promotes eyelash growth for longer, more resistant eyelashes.
